One of the most asked questions I receive from parents is: “How do we love our LGBTQ-identified child well without compromising our biblical beliefs and core values?”
We read in Scripture that Jesus Christ lived his life full of grace and truth. Equally and balanced at all times. Is it possible for us as parents?
Today’s episode with Dr. James Merritt will answer your question. Dr. Merritt is a pastor and more importantly a father of an LGBTQ-identified son who has walked this journey with grace and truth.
In this episode of The Bridge Between Us, host Melinda Patrick and Dr. James Merritt discuss what it means to fully love with grace and truth.
Listeners will discover:
*how we may compromise love
*a word of encouragement for ministry leaders and pastors
*hope for the parent who is being pushed away
